Our values are our guiding principles. We know that our clients have important jobs to take care of, so we take our roles seriously. Honesty, hard work, and dependability are requirements at RCI because our clients are responsible for improving their local communities and creating the building blocks of the future. We take pride in doing our jobs well so that our clients can do their jobs better. We are honored to serve them. Our three Core Values help us deliver on our commitment to our clients every day.

We hold ourselves accountable to always do what’s right. This means making good on our promises, treating others well, and admitting our mistakes.
2. Make Sure Every Decision is Good for Our Clients, Our Employees, and the Company
We believe long-term success requires that we ensure that our decisions must pass the 3-way test of being good for all stakeholders: our clients, our staff, and our organization.
3. Act with Urgency
We believe that acting with urgency is critical, whether it’s responding to client concerns, implementing better systems or processes, or completing projects as quickly and efficiently as possible so that our clients can get the information they need to do their jobs well.
